The bamboo spoon also called Chashaku is traditionally used to properly dose premium Matcha.

The recommended amounts are one spoon for usucha (thin tea) and two for koicha (thick tea).

The Chashaku is carved from bamboo and shaped with a lot of patience by hand on steaming boiling water.

The Chashaku should not get wet - please clean it with a dry cloth.
